Very nice advice and always very friendly. We were called on August 18th, that the entry requirements at our booked vacation spot have changed, which is great. BUT on August 16, DerTour canceled all flights that go to risk areas, so why were we told that everything was ok and that we should look for tests for the trip? On August 19th I found out by chance that the trip was canceled because I asked again myself and on August 20th. I only received this information in writing by email. It doesn't necessarily have to do with the office here, but actually it should have been known that everything was canceled and one should have said this immediately and not first give hope that the vacation will take place. From the tour itself I am mega disappointed that we were not offered a rebooking, but canceled immediately and that we cannot get the money quickly to book something different ........ It just annoys me so much more as it would have been the first vacation with my boyfriend after 7 years of relationship.

Always friendly and helpful. You get detailed advice and detailed information on site or by phone and email. You take your time for all questions. And even small children who are whining or making noises while playing are no problem. Documents are processed quickly or made available. To recommend all around.
